Kristensen Group Poland is the largest international organization within the Kristensen Group with more than 30 employees, and has its headquarters in the heart of Warsaw. Since its foundation, Kristensen Group Poland has played a leading role on the Polish real estate industry, and has also initiated projects outside the national borders which have been met with great interest.

The activities in Poland began in 2005 with the unique Baltic Park project in Swinoujscie on the island of Usedom, a breathtaking coastal complex with luxury apartments, shopping and spa facilities, located directly between the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. This fantastic location in a popular and historic seaside resort is home to one of the largest projects of its kind with more than 1,200 units, and has also attracted the interest of both the international media and European investors.

Kristensen Group Hauptsitz PolenKristensen Group Poland continue to develop exciting projects for the market, for example, ultra-modern luxury apartments in Wisla, exclusive lakeside bungalows and apartments in traditional chalet style in Pasym and elegant cottages and apartments in the Carpathians.

Apartments at the foot of the Śnieżka

In southern Poland in the Karkonosze mountains lies one of the most beautiful mountain villages in the country. Stunning landscapes, various rock formations, clean and healthy air - these are just some of the reasons why the project in the Carpathian Mountains was built. "Apartments at the foot of the Śnieżka" is a complex consisting of 52 houses in the traditional country cottage style, each with 2 apartments, approx 62m ² to 78m ².

Beech Mountain Apartments

Also in the south of Poland at Wisła, also known as the Pearl of the Beskid, are our "Beech Mountain Apartments." Located in the southern side of Beech Mountain, the project was built at an altitude of about 500 m, offering a wonderful view over the river Vistura, Barania on the mountain and the rest of the Silesian Beskid.

The project consists of 2 stages - Section 1, with 44 apartments (34 m² to 133 m²) and Section 2 with 75 apartments (34 m² - 130 m²).

The Castle Village

The northeast of Poland is also known as the “Land of 1000 lakes.” Vast coniferous forests, clean air, mild climate and protected wildlife make Pasym, one of the oldest Mazurian cities, a unique location. Castle Village is situated on the peninsula of Lake Kalwa, near the ruins of an ancient Teutonic castle. This exclusive development consists of 22 houses, each with an area of between 118 m² - 124 m² and with a carefully crafted design that fits harmoniously into the architecture and history of the city of Pasym.

Baltic Park

In the north-western outskirts of Poland is an archipelago of 44 islands. With the most beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea coast offering white sand, clean water and a mild climate, it’s no wonder that Świnoujście was the dream location for the Baltic Park project. This exclusive complex is located in the most beautiful natural zone, directly between the Promenade and beach. There are two residential complexes, Baltic Promenade Park (5 buildings, 80 apartments, 37 shops) and Baltic Beach Park (7 buildings, 197 apartments) both of which are just metres from the sea and minutes from a vast range of amenities.
