An exclusive development project designed by the respected Turco-Danish architect Sunday Sytmen, and constructed to the highest Scandinavian standards by Kristensen Group, Myndos sits high in the hills above Yalikavak, facing out to the majestic Aegean Sea.

An owners association has already been formed to maintain the day to day running of the development and cater for residents and visitors suggestions and needs.
All properties include: 16 sqm sun terrace, stone feature fireplace, built-in stone barbecue, air-conditioning and white goods to include electric hob and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. Annual service charges include 24 hour security, pool and communal area maintenance, gardening, lighting. Due to high demand and limited stock, availability is subject to change at very short notice.
