The approximately 9,000m2 Villas Floridas complex is located in the popular residential area of Cala Rajada. It is bordered by the streets Calla Joan Moll, Avenida Calle Del Bosque and Calle Reis Catolics. To the east the complex is immediately adjacent to a small pine grove, a protected green zone leading to the Mediterranean sea.
In the immediate vicinity of the Villas Floridas are numerous shopping facilities and a children’s playground. Cala Agulla, the most beautiful beach of the resort, is only a 15 minute walk away, while the historic port and town centre are a mere 10 minute walk. Cala Rajada offers many facilities, shops and restaurants, as well as multilingual clinics, dentists and private hospitals.
Villas Floridas are grouped around a lush garden with mature trees, palms, native flowers and flowering shrubs. In the centre of the complex are two communal pools, one specifically for children. Here you can swim in peace or in relax on the comfortable deck chairs under the shade of the trees.
All the houses were designed by the famous Spanish architect Nicolas Valiente together with Jes Edvars, the chief architect of the Kristensen Group. The result is a delightful blend of traditional Mallorcan architecture and modern, Nordic style elements and clean design lines, while traditional Spanish tiled interiors make for a Mediterranean flair.
