The construction plot is currently occupied by the remains of an old hotel called La Bohème. It is currently being cleared, but the name will remain. The new project aims, both in concept and development, towards the exclusivity that in recent years has given Mallorca its special position as a holiday destination, and made it a centre for many investments in quality of life.
The project is constructed in a modern architectural direction inspired by classic Spanish style, featuring an open atrium partially clad with natural stone. Large pools inside and out, together with a fitness centre, give the project the exclusive character that will make La Bohème into something truly special.
As with all Kristensen projects in Mallorca, we have paid particular attention to the bright, large balconies and terraces, which together with the open and efficient floor layouts ensure an almost imperceptible transition from the outside to inside - and vice versa. All apartments have air conditioning and a dedicated parking space and storage room in the basement.
The building is equipped with a lift from the basement to the top floor, and all homes are suitable for reduced mobility users, with easy wheelchair access to all rooms.
Apartments in La Boheme are sold off plan, giving buyers the first opportunity to influence the choice of equipment and fixtures. The project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2014. There is considerable interest in the project, and some apartments are already pre-booked.
