Invest with Kristensen International

All international Kristensen International projects are protected by our "Fair Trade" warranty. Our focus is exclusively the requirements of purchasers, offering maximum security and transparency, and peace of mind when purchasing.

This responsibility is deeply rooted in Scandinavian tradition, and means that the price of any Kristensen International property is fixed from the point of reservation until completion and handover to the new owner.

Unlike many other construction companies, we retain all client deposits in full in a dedicated escrow account, and never access these funds to cover build costs during construction, meaning that clients may cancel a purchase at any time and will be refunded completely.

Prices on Mallorca

The great popularity of Mallorca is reflected directly in the steady increase in property values. Over the past two decades annual price increases of 10-15% for houses and apartments have remained consistent, and even in the current real estate crisis on the Spanish mainland, prices on Mallorca have shown to be very robust.

Financing

 

At La Boheme, a number of Spanish and international banks, as well as Nykredit in Denmark, offer attractive financing options. Depending on individual circumstances, financing of up to 80% of the purchase price over 30 years at historically low rates of interest is available.

Via our partners we can also help with renting properties during unoccupied periods. One of our partners, NOVASOL, estimates that a two-bedroom apartment 80 m2 can generate an income of approx. DKK 70000 per year.
