As on other Kristensen Group projects, our team of Spanish and Danish architects have combined the light and airy Scandinavian style with the typical demands of Mediterrean area accommodation. 
La Boheme is a modern design, which in many ways will stand out from the more traditional buildings in the neighbouring area. Similarly, the 21 apartments also innovate, featuring consistent orientation for the sun and the Mediterranean, with large bright rooms and, by Spanish standards, unusually large terraces and balconies.
Apartments range in size from 79 to 120 m2. Smaller apartments all have two bedrooms, while the penthouses have three bedrooms and, as a particular highlight, large roof terraces ranging from 95 to 101 m2. All apartments have two bathrooms, a main bathroom and an ensuite.
The building is equipped with an elevator direct from the parking garage.
Material choice is consistently very high quality, featuring tiles on all floors, top quality German kitchens, and Siemens appliances
