The promenade running from the picturesque harbour to Son Moll beach, is the hub of Cala Rajada in Mallorca, where the La Boheme project is currently being developed. Bustling with exciting restaurants and cafes, Cala Rajada is a very special Majorcan attraction and en exciting investment destination.
Kristensen International have secured one of the most attractive plots by the promenade. It is not directly on the front row, but located quietly in the second row, away from the hustle and bustle of the promenade front, but still only approx. 50 meters from a lovely little bay, perfect for a morning dip or a quiet evening drink.
The plot is currently occupied by the remains of an old hotel – the La Bohème. The plot is currently being cleared, but the hotel will donate its name to the new development.
The new project aims, both in concept and development, towards the exclusivity that in recent years has given Mallorca its special position as a holiday destination. The 21 apartments are between 79-120 square meters. All have large terraces and plenty of natural light from the large windows. Almost all apartments also have stunning sea views, beautifully framed by the old trees in the foreground. Apartments in La Boheme are sold off plan, giving buyers prime opportunity to influence the choice of equipment and fixtures. The project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2014. There is already considerable, and some apartments are already pre-booked.
