28.04.2009: Kristensen Group on the Himalayan summit!

Kristensen Group employee Agnieszka Jędrzejczyk has recently celebrated a new mountaineering achievement - on the 23rd of April 2009 she reached the Himalayan summit of Island Peak, elevation 6189 meters. Previously, Agnieszka has climbed the top of Grossglockner (3798 m), Gran Paradiso (4061 m), Mont Blanc (4808 m) and Elbrus (Caucas 5643 m). Agnieszka is already thinking about her next expedition – she wants to attempt a mountain over 8000 meters high.

The Himalayan expedition was sponsored by Kristensen Group. John Kristensen, Managing Director, is a firm believer in supporting employees’ interests. In his opinion people who develop themselves in areas other than business are more efficient and creative at work.

14.02.2009: Jesper Bank buys property in Villas Floridas

The famous Danish Olympic sailor Jesper Bank today took possession of his house in the newly created development "Villas Floridas” in Cala Rajada on Mallorca.

Jesper Bank first won bronze in the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, following with gold medals in 1992 in Barcelona and again 2000 in Sydney. In 2008, as a coach of the young Danish crew in the 49er class, he again saw victory as the team re-gained the gold medal.

Of his recent investment in Mallorca, Jesper Bank commented:

"My wife and I have been looking for years in Spain for the right house, and we have seen many projects on both the mainland and islands. At the end we decided on Mallorca, and opted for the Kristensen Group project.
