We are proud to announce that all homes in the exclusive Villas Floridas project in Cala Rajada have now been sold. Kristensen Group is now, together with our local partners, ready to concentrate our efforts on the new “La Bohème” project, also in Cala Rajada.

Niels Balling (59) has as of September 5th, 2011 joined Andersen & Sarstrup A/S at their Aalborg headquarters as Business Development Manager.
Prior to joining Andersen & Sarstrup, Niels Balling worked at Kristensen Group A/S as an International Project Manager, gaining extensive experience in development and marketing of real-estate projects in Spain and Turkey.
Mr. Balling has also previously been responsible for the redevelopment and sale of 300 holiday homes in “Øer Maritime Ferieby”, close to Ebeltoft in Jutland, Denmark. The development is a Danish holiday resort originally built in 1987 inspired by Port Grimaud in the South of France, and is today a very successful resort.
In addition, Niels Balling has experience from working with Mergers and Acquisitions at the consultancy Advizer in Aarhus, and spent 5 years in the United States working as Chief Financial Officer for the Dahl Group.
The official start of construction work on the new Center Parcs Park Bostalsee was marked with a large event in Saarland today. Among the more than 300 participants were Minister-President of the Saarland, Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, Industry Minister Dr. Christoph Hartmann, president of Groupe Pierre & Vacances / Center Parcs, Gerard Bremond, as well as other senior executives from the group, and politicians, businesses and other organizations from across the Saar region.
As shareholders in the company that will construct the park and sell the 500 houses in it, Kristensen International / KPS Invest will be responsible for sales in Germany, Luxembourg, Scandinavia and Poland, and is currently building a larger sales organisation on the ground.
In addition the 500 houses, the EUR 130 million project features a 14,000 square metre centre building, and a range of outdoor activities spread over 90 hectares. The park is scheduled to open in summer 2013.

Kristensen International is pleased to announce an important breakthrough in the German market. Via parent company Andersen & Sarstrup A/S, the company is part of a consortium planning to build and market 500 holiday homes in a new Center Parcs development at Bostalsee in Saarland, south west Germany.
The key contracts for the project were signed today at a press conference in Saarbrücken, attended by several local government ministers as well as senior representatives from Center Parcs and its French parent company, Pierre & Vacances.
In addition to the 500 holiday homes, the Bostalsee development encompasses a large central building with a waterpark, wellness centre, and sports facilities. The entire project is worth approx. EUR 130 million, and is expected to open in summer 2013. The Kristensen subsidiaries in Germany, Poland and Scandinavia will be responsible for selling the 500 holiday homes, which will be rented out via Center Parcs with a rental guarantee.
Center Parcs is part of the Euronext-listed French Pierre & Vacances group. The group, which operates nearly 400 holiday centres with more than 49000 units, approximately 9500 staff and 8 million guests a year, is the largest operator of its kind in Europe.
Ole Andersen, former Partner and CEO and Kurt Sarstrup, former International Director Sales and Development, have formed Andersen & Sarstrup A/S to take over vital parts of the international companies owned by TK Holding A/S via the subsidiary Kristensen International.
28.04.2009: Kristensen Group on the Himalayan summit!Kristensen Group employee Agnieszka Jędrzejczyk has recently celebrated a new mountaineering achievement - on the 23rd of April 2009 she reached the Himalayan summit of Island Peak, elevation 6189 meters. Previously, Agnieszka has climbed the top of Grossglockner (3798 m), Gran Paradiso (4061 m), Mont Blanc (4808 m) and Elbrus (Caucas 5643 m). Agnieszka is already thinking about her next expedition – she wants to attempt a mountain over 8000 meters high.
The Himalayan expedition was sponsored by Kristensen Group. John Kristensen, Managing Director, is a firm believer in supporting employees’ interests. In his opinion people who develop themselves in areas other than business are more efficient and creative at work.
