History and rebirth

Kristensen Group International is a core activity in the newly formed Danish company Andersen & Sarstrup A/S, based in Aalborg, Denmark.  The company will, via the subsidiary Kristensen International, continue the international activities of the former TK holiday home division, and continue to build on their position as leaders within the development, construction and marketing of holiday homes and second homes in Europe.

Owing to the changes in market and financing conditions, future group expansion will be based on a close co-operation with active and passive capital partners.

The group's values continue to be respectful customer and business partner management, uncompromising use of the best materials, and an innovative approach to design and architecture. Concentrating on unique locations primarily in already established tourist destinations, Kristensen Group International handles all aspects of the development, construction and marketing process.

Another important element of the Kristensen Group International concept is the close co-operation with rental agents specialised in holiday homes, which means that an investment in a holiday home, in addition to the personal benefits it brings, can also be a sound business investment.

In addition to Kristensen Group International, the company provides general consultancy on the development and marketing of construction projects, drawing on many years of know-how in the field of development and marketing of properties in large holiday centres in cooperation with leading European investors and operators. 

The German-based subsidiary HWR Invest GbmH is focused on propery investments in Germany
