Thorkild Kristensen, one of Denmarks‘ most renowned real estate personalities, is the founder of the privately owned Thorkild Kristensen Holding A/S, of which Kristensen Group International forms a significant part. For more than 40 years, Thorkild Kristensen has undertaken the development and sales of property projects, creating over 10,000 waterfront holiday homes across Europe, along with a wide range of exceptional commercial developments, including shopping and leisure complexes in Scandinavia, an impressive European property portfolio, and one of South Africa’s most famous restaurant chains.

Today, Kristensen Group is a market leader in the design and construction of holiday and second homes in Scandinavia, Germany and Poland, specialising in the combination of exciting, high-quality architecture with unique locations in attractive holiday destinations, along picturesque coast lines, or in boat marinas. All development projects are led by the group's in-house architects and construction engineers, from initial concept drawings to the day the owner moves in.

Kristensen Group has applied this Danish development concept in Germany, Sweden, Poland, and Turkey, and has sales offices in London, Berlin, Warsaw and Stockholm. With new projects in Spain, France, Turkey and Italy, the Kristensen Group continues to improve its position as one of the largest developers of second homes in Northern Europe.
